LifeOS
A personal operating system for running your life like a business: log where your time really goes, plan your day, and get a straight-talking CEO briefing on how you're tracking.
The idea
I kept wishing I ran my own days the way a good business runs itself, with a plan, honest reporting, and someone asking the hard questions. LifeOS is exactly that, built for one person. You log where your time actually goes, set your intentions for the day, and it holds you to them. It's the same 'be your own CEO' thinking I've had for years, finally built.
The build
A local-first progressive web app: a timeline that flags the gaps where time went missing, a timer with honesty ratings, a simple daily planner, and check-ins through the day that compare what you planned against what you actually did. At the end of it a Claude-powered 'CEO report' reads your day back to you like a briefing to the boss.
It's built with Next.js and keeps everything on your own device, with push notifications and scheduled check-ins so it genuinely nudges you. It's installed on my phone and I use it every day.
